Kit includes a two-story wraparound porch and addition. A total of 15 modest rooms and 9 and 7/16-inch floor-to-ceiling height comprise her shapely structure. Features include: 1/8-inch thick durable gingerbread trim and pre-assembled windows and doors. Standard features include: sturdy construction with 3/8-inch thick exterior walls moveable room dividers and wooden shingles.
