Classic American motifs inspired the luxurious federal Foxhall Manor. Feast your eyes on these riches. The Foxhall Manor is shown pictured with the Foxhall Conservatory and 2-Story Wing Addition. Each unit is sold separately. The kit comes complete with a two-story front porch curved balcony all exterior doors windows decorative rails and trims and architectural moldings a center hall that features two curved staircases and curved third floor landing rails two skylights and a palladian dormer window for the center hall. With 11 glorious rooms the Foxhall Manor is an elegant dollhouse. Step-by-step instructions with detailed drawings are included to make set-up a joy.The kit does not include shingles. If you wish to shingle the Foxhall you will need approximately 1850 shingles (3/4 shingle X 3/4 reveal). Additions and/or porches also available separately. Recommended Supplies: Hammer Fine Toothed Saw Glues Utility Knife Masking Tape Sandpaper: 100 and 320 grit Paints Paint Brushes Screwdriver Ruler Square 3/4 or 1 inch Brads Elastic Bands.*Paint glue curtains and any landscaping or furnishings are not included.Gingerbread (if used) and Trim Strips are supplied in easy to cut lengths.The overall dimensions of each dollhouse include items that protrude such as porches and roof cresting.Our products are not recommended for children under the age of 3.Order the superior star of dollhouses with the Foxhall Manor.
